- Xander Cem Seal 168 is a Cement Base formula, designed to be flexible, which is appropriate for underground and external walls.
- Xander Cem Seal 169 is a Cement Base formula, do not leave white stains during the process of applying and installing, considered to be nontoxic and ability to mix with water. Therefore, the water can reliably be usable and drinkable. suitable for water tank, swimming pool etc.
- Xander Urethane Seal 190 is a water base formula, designed to be flexible with high elongation performance; able to endure UV and waterlogged, which is suitable for roof deck and balcony.
All of the three products have very high-performance cohesive strength on Cement. Therefore, when the waterproof exposes to high UV and humidity level, they would not decay or blister as regular system available in the market.

- For roof slab, Terrace and Balcony works with topping coat.
