For those Epoxy floors that experienced moisture issues such as parking lots, the building’s underground or first floor etc. Our Zero VOCs epoxy system allows users to eliminate these problems without any harmful chemicals.

Installation procedure:

- prepare and clean the surface, and then apply Xander Epo Floor Primer 700

- leveling the floor using Xander Epo Floor Barrier 730

Which provided with an attribution of relieving the moisture pressure coming from basement floor to reduce pressure which result the upper film layer to peeled off. Also, capable moisture resistant of up to 20% when using 3mm thickness.

Last but not least, apply top coating again with Xander Epo Floor Enamel 710 which aids to protect concrete from chemicals, as well as giving shiny colorful shades. It is a 2 in 1 option for both moisture resistant and beautiful look.
