An integral component of Danpal’s complete system of solutions for polycarbonate panels. Danpalon® Microcell polycarbonate panels are manufactured with innovative extrusion technology, providing ten times more cells than the majority of other polycarbonate panels on the market – giving customers the best combination of translucency and strength. The tight spacing between the ribs produces a superior quality of light. Danpalon® Microcell polycarbonate panels are available in a range of thicknesses and widths. Due to the tightness between the vertical supports, Danpalon® Microcell polycarbonate panels offer the highest resistance to impact and hail damage and the high concentration of cells provides improved mechanical properties and rigidity. Available in opaque, transparent and bilcolour for special effect.

The Danpal® Wall Cladding System Provides Exceptionally Light, Visually Attractive and Waterproof Protection with Superior Insulation. Based on natural ventilation by means of an air gap, the convective motion behind the wall cladding keeps the insulation dry and maintains its efficiency through time. The exclusive double notching of the Danpal cladding systems ensures perfect water-tightness. Light but solid, the wall cladding is made of connector-bound Microcell polycarbonate panels that are three times lighter than traditional rainscreen cladding. The external wall cladding for building is easy and fast to install on any facade type. Connections are made directly on the support, eliminating the need for additional supporting framed structures.
